A Little About Me
I live in Oak Park, IL with my family, and while I’m a Florida native who loves warm, sunny days, I’ve learned to embrace the Midwest seasons—spring and fall, at least!
For years, I’ve worked with high-conflict couples, struggling families, hard-to-reach teens, and parents looking for a better way to connect with their kids. As the founder of Empower Family Therapy, I’ve had the privilege of stepping into diverse family dynamics—helping people find new ways to communicate, understand each other, and create stronger relationships.
