Supplemental Support
Each week has supplemental support provided through downloadable PDF’s. The supplemental materials consists of a summary of the topics covered in that week’s videos, definition of terms, challenges for the weeks, exercises and brainstorming sheets, and weekly reflection questions to gain deeper understanding of the material.

Tina lays out clear instructions for each week’s tools and challenges so each partner knows what work is theirs to complete individually, as well as what and when to share with their partner for joint work. Tina offers tips that encourage couples to prioritize and make time in their busy schedules to complete the joint exercises and achieve deeper connection through the materials.
